Virginie Bouchet has been a lawyer at the Paris Bar since 2002. She holds a postgraduate diploma (DEA) in Criminal Law and Criminal Policy from the University of Paris I– Panthéon Sorbonne. Virginie joined VINCI in 2004, and became a partner in January 2013.
She was responsible for setting up the Criminal Law section of the firm, within the scope of which she provides advisory and support services and the defence of her clients in all the domains of criminal law, particularly criminal business law (financial and stock exchange infringements; criminal labour law).
She has also developed a sector for private individual and family law, which follows and supports clients through their various problem issues, from the moment a conflict arises, right through to resolution, and in the divorce/separation and inheritance procedures to be implemented.
Virginie Bouchet also teaches criminal law at the University of Paris X-Nanterre.
