Jérôme Benyounès

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 1997

Founder of VINCI Avocats, JĂ©rĂ´me Benyounès has developed recognized expertise in corporate law, restructuring, property law and real estate law. He assists his customers in strategic operations – acquisitions, mergers & acquisitions, disposals and restructuring – while ensuring the growth and sustainability of their businesses.

Committed, determined and, above all, passionate, he puts his know-how at the service of his customers with a strategic vision and tailor-made support. His approach is based on rigorous analysis and a thorough grasp of the economic and legal issues at stake.

At the head of a team of expert lawyers, he mobilizes complementary skills in both advisory and litigation matters, to respond to the most complex issues, both in France and internationally.

Anne Alcaraz

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 1993

Co-founder of VINCI Avocats, Anne Alcaraz is a graduate of the Université Paris II Panthéon-Assas and has been a member of the Paris Bar since 1994.

She advises on employment and commercial law, with a pragmatic approach rooted in the realities of the business world. She assists her clients in managing sensitive situations, individual or collective disputes, and negotiating amicable solutions (settlement, conciliation, mediation). She is also an expert in drafting essential corporate documents, such as employment contracts, confidentiality agreements, service contracts and commercial contracts.

Holder of a DiplĂ´me d’Études SupĂ©rieures SpĂ©cialisĂ©es (DESS) in Industrial Property, she advises clients on the protection and enhancement of their intangible assets (trademarks, logos, graphic charters, slogans, advertising campaigns, databases, software, etc.)….

She is regularly involved in labor and commercial litigation before the courts.

Céline Gleize

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2001

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2001, Céline Gleize has been a partner at VINCI Avocats since 2010.

Specialized in labor law, both collective (professional elections, PSE, collective agreements, social audits in the context of mergers and acquisitions) and individual (employment contracts, disciplinary law, severance negotiations), Céline assists her customers on a daily basis in all their changes, both in advisory and contentious matters.
With her team, Céline also supports her customers in economic law (commercial contracts, RGPD, competition law).
She holds a DEA (post-graduate diploma) in labor law from the University of Paris I – PanthĂ©on-Sorbonne.

Virginie Bouchet

Admitted to the Paris Bar in 2002

Virginie Bouchet has been a member of the Paris Bar since 2002, and holds a post-graduate diploma (DEA) in criminal law and criminal policy from Panthéon Sorbonne University.

She joined VINCI Avocats in 2004 and became a partner in 2013.

She was behind the creation of the firm’s criminal law department, assisting and defending her clients before all investigative departments, authorities and courts, in both business criminal law and ordinary and criminal criminal law.

She has also developed a personal and family law practice, offering legal support to her clients in resolving family disputes (unions, break-ups, parental authority, filiation, etc.) and managing property issues (inheritance, gifts, changes in matrimonial property regimes, etc.).

Listening, rigor, commitment and mastery of the issues involved in litigation are the hallmarks of our approach to defending and supporting our clients.
